Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of imawaynow.com and book.imawaynow.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.
1. What Imawaynow is
Imawaynow helps you plan trips by comparing flights, stopovers, hotels, timing and events and ranking the best overall options. We then help you book:
- Hotels — booked through our partner LiteAPI’s booking platform. For hotel bookings, Imawaynow acts as the merchant of record; the booking and its cancellation terms are subject to the relevant hotel/supplier policy shown at checkout.
- Flights and events — we provide links to third-party partners (for example Aviasales / Travelpayouts and ticketing sites). Those bookings are made on the partner’s site under its terms; we are not the seller and act only as a referrer.
2. Prices and availability
Prices, availability and content are indicative and can change at any time until a booking is confirmed by the relevant provider. Always confirm the final price and terms at checkout before paying.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on the Service are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay or how we rank options.
4. Bookings, payments and cancellations
- Hotel payments are processed by LiteAPI’s booking platform. Your booking is subject to the supplier’s rate rules and cancellation policy, shown before you pay.
- Cancellations, changes and refunds for hotels follow those policies. Email hello@imawaynow.com for help.
- For flights and events booked on partner sites, the partner’s terms and support apply.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to be old enough to enter a booking contract, and not to misuse the Service (for example automated scraping, fraud, or attempts to disrupt it).
6. AI-generated content
Rankings and explanations are produced with the help of AI and heuristics. They are suggestions to help you decide — not professional advice or a guarantee. Always check the details that matter to you (times, baggage, policies) before booking.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any plan, price or availability is accurate or suitable for you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Imawaynow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence). For hotel bookings, responsibilities are as set out by the supplier policies and applicable consumer law.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
